Validity and Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the operation of the online store www.carfumo.si (the “Online Store”) and regulate the relationship between the Online Store operator, Carfumo d.o.o., and its visitors and customers.
By accessing the Online Store and placing an order, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Availability of Information
Prior to concluding a purchase agreement, Carfumo d.o.o. provides customers with the following information:
Company identity (company name, registered office, registration number).
Contact information for efficient customer communication.
Essential product characteristics, including fragrance descriptions and expected longevity.
Final product prices, including all applicable taxes.
Product availability.
Delivery terms, including delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping conditions.
Information regarding complaints, returns, and the customer’s right to withdraw from the purchase agreement.
Orders and Contract Formation
The sales contract between Carfumo d.o.o. and the customer is concluded when the customer confirms the order through the Online Store and receives an order confirmation via email.
From that moment, all prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions become binding for both parties.
Prices
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices are valid at the time the order is placed and apply exclusively to purchases made through the Online Store.
Carfumo d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Should a pricing error occur despite our best efforts, Carfumo d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel the order or withdraw from the sales agreement.
Payment Methods
Customers may choose from the following payment methods:

Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)

Bank Transfer
An electronic invoice will be sent to the customer’s email address immediately after payment has been received.
Shipping
Carfumo products are delivered throughout Slovenia.
Free shipping is available for orders over €40.
Orders below this amount are subject to a €4.90 shipping fee.
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation.
Should unexpected delays occur, customers will be notified by email.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act and applicable EU consumer legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.
Notice of withdrawal may be submitted by email to info@carfumo.si or by mail to the company’s registered address.
Returned products must:
Be unused and undamaged.
Be returned in their original packaging.
Be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal notice.
Include proof of purchase or the original invoice.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected, using the original payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been custom-made or personalized according to the customer’s specifications.
Warranty and Non-Conforming Goods
All Carfumo products are covered by the statutory warranty for non-conforming goods under applicable Slovenian and EU legislation.
Customers may submit a claim within two years of purchase if:
The product is not fit for its intended purpose.
The product lacks the characteristics expected at the time of purchase.
The product does not correspond to the description provided by the seller.
Claims should be submitted to info@carfumo.si together with:
A description of the issue.
Photographs of the product.
Proof of purchase.
Privacy Protection
Carfumo d.o.o. is committed to protecting all personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Slovenian data protection legislation.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Carfumo d.o.o. complies with all applicable consumer protection legislation and strives to resolve customer complaints quickly and fairly.

Complaints are handled confidentially.
Customers will receive confirmation of receipt within five business days, together with an estimated timeframe for resolution.
In accordance with Slovenian legislation, Carfumo d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving disputes that consumers may initiate under applicable law.
In compliance with EU regulations, the Online Store provides access to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform, available through the official European Commission website.
Amendments to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions become effective upon publication on the Online Store and apply to all users.
Carfumo d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Orders placed before any amendments remain subject to the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of purchase.
Governing Law
Any matters not expressly governed by these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the applicable laws of the Republic of Slovenia, including the Obligations Code, the Consumer Protection Act, and other relevant legislation.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
